Folding Time is a great passive ability from Whichcraft skill set. This passive permanently decrease casting tome for all skills by 6%. Your character spends less time for casting and sometimes this may be a great advantage in combat.
It may seem that 6% advantage in cast time is mot the best offer, but this is passive buff. You will have this advantage forever once you master Folding Time skill. Thus it’s a permanent cast speed buster.
