Permanently increases chance to parry attack by 2%. Each sucessfull parry resets cooldowns of Battlerage abilities. Can occur once every 3 seconds.

Deflect and Retaliate is a passive ability of Battlerage skill line. The passive increases your chance to parry melee attack by 2%. If you parry the attack cooldowns of all abilities will be reset.
It’s a very useful skill because of resetting effect. All cooldowns will be reset and this will help you a lot in battle.
